East Baton Rouge Council on Aging (“EBRCOA”)
EBRCOA offers a number of Senior Centers in various neighborhoods in and around East Baton Rouge Parish to provide ample opportunities for seniors to socialize and enjoy the company of their fellow “Baton Rougeans.”
In addition, the EBRCOA mission ensures that seniors maintain their independence with the highest level of dignity through In-Home Care services as well.
For its 15 senior centers and in-home care services, East Baton Rouge Council on Aging required an application solution to automate the capture and tracking of senior meals, activities, events and reporting to SAMS and Mediware.
MJM Innovation’s SeniorStat solution is a fully integrated and proven software system with web portals and mobile apps that electronically captures senior’s meals, activities and units of service providing both participant and administrative portals utilizing touch screen computers, tablets and magnetic swipe and QR code cards.
In March of 2018 to help the DHS achieve its goals to have the required features for reservations, events, calendar, event management, assessments, rosters and reporting implemented. MJM Innovations implemented the web-based SeniorStat software and the corresponding hardware:

EBRCOA senior center and in-home care services staff rely on SeniorStat to help manage daily operations, track meals and activities, complete assessments and report on relevant data.
