The City of San Antonio Department of Human Services (“DHS”)
The Department of Human Services provides comprehensive direct and contractual services in the areas of Early Education and Child Care Assistance, Education, Financial and Emergency Assistance, Homeless Assistance, and Senior Services.
For its 102 staff members and 62 comprehensive and part-time senior centers, The City of San Antonio Department of Humans Resources required an application solution to automate: data captured, business processes, and reporting of programs for DHS’s senior centers. Some of the features being used are:
- Track and capture meals and activities
- Participant registration
- Event management and calendar
- Reporting and Exporting Data
MJM Innovation’s SeniorStat solution is a fully integrated and proven software system that electronically captures senior’s meals, activities and units of service providing both participant and administrative portals utilizing touch screen computers, POS terminals, tablets and magnetic swipe cards.
MJM Innovations has been helping the DHS achieve its goals since 2014 by delivering SeniorStat, their flagship software solution which enables the DHS’s Senior Programs to register members, capture units of service, and provide reporting for the City’s senior centers. The project was completed in 2018 and is fully deployed.
DHS Senior programs and senior center staff members rely on SeniorStat to help manage daily operations, track meals and activities and report on relevant data.
MJM Services continues to provide card production, hardware and software implementation and support, quality assurance, training and technical support for the SeniorStat web portals, touch screen computers, tablets and mobile terminals.
